Added Journal Functionality

Added the ability to add journal entries. These are tied to campaigns. This is different than notes. It acts similarly to events. Right now only admins have this but I will be adding it to registered users as well in the future.

Added NPCs to home page

Created a new page to list all the npcs in a more pleasing format. Over time all these npcs will be added to D&D Beyond as humanoid monsters (homebrew) set to public so they can be pulled into the VTT.

New DM User Member Type
